A fully customized yoga experience with a therapeutic or thematic focus-whether you’re looking to ease stress and anxiety, reduce back pain, improve mobility, or cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. Each session integrates movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness to help you release tension and create space for calm and balance. In person or online.

Single TRE® Session | Non CEE

One-on-One Trauma & Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®) Experience a personalized session focused on releasing deep-held stress, tension, and trauma from your body and nervous system. Through one-on-one guidance, you’ll receive a tailored approach designed to support your unique needs and healing goals. Sessions are available in person or online, depending on your preference and location.
